The Name

 White Wolf comes from a Native American story about a young warrior who was studying to be a sachem. One night, he had a dream in which a white wolf was fighting a black wolf. He awoke while the wolves were still fighting, and immediately went to see his teacher. He recounted this dream, and told his teacher that he knew the white wolf was the good parts of him, and the black wolf was the bad parts.
When the student was finished, the teacher asked him, "You seem to understand the dream, what do you want from me?"
The student replied, "I want you to tell me, which wolf will win the fight?"
The teacher answered, "The one you feed."
Now, it may have nothing to do with computers, but the moral of the story is a good one - the thoughts we have directly feed the quality of our lives.

Robert Remillard - Owner

 The owner, Robert J. Remillard, has experience in the fields of technical support, networking, computer repair, and software programming. He has a Bachelor's degree from Siena College in Mathematics and Computer Science. His previous experience includes software engineering for a company which produced software for steam turbines. He started a computer repair business in 2003, formally incorporating White Wolf Computer in 2004. Robert started his business from the ground up - beginning with only himself working on residential clients' computers at their homes, but has grown White Wolf Computer to be capable of supporting the networks of many businesses and organizations in the Capital Region.

Jenn Remillard - Systems Engineer

  

Jenn is our Systems Engineer. She graduated from HVCC with an Associates in Computer Information Systems in 2003. She started her first IT Support job while she was finishing up her last semester of college. In 2006 Jenn decided to expand her IT education by attending New Horizons, Network System and Security Professional program. After graduating from the New Horizons program she worked diligently to achieve 8 IT standard certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. She enjoys supporting end users, designing infrastructures and implementing IT solutions. Jenn has worked in different industries doing IT, such as education, government, small business and corporate environments giving her the ability to understand IT needs from all different perspectives. 

Jenn married the owner of White Wolf Computer, Robert Remillard in November 2016. Robert knew he would marry her after she helped him perform a Hosted Email Migration on their second date. Robert and Jenn had a daughter named Jillian in June 2019.

Kelsey Bzdyk - IT Helpdesk Manager

Kelsey Bzdyk is our IT Helpdesk Manager. In this role she manages our office, ticketing system, as well as performing all in shop repairs. She has experience in IT support, management, sales, and customer service. She graduated cum laude from University at Albany with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in 2017. She was previously a general store manager for two telecommunications companies. She spends her free time with her three cats, Ponyo, Kiwi, and Azula. Kelsey actually designed the White Wolf Computer banner and the website!

Kathie Dolny - Bookkeeper

 Kathie is our bookkeeper. She assists with all accounting and billing, as well as keeping everything that goes on behind the scenes organized. Before joining our team, she worked for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance as a Tax Technician for 43 years. She also worked several years as a bookkeeper for a recreational facility in Albany. Kathie is committed to providing the best customer service possible and is dedicated to helping our team meet the needs of our customers.

Brandon Delaney - IT Technician

 Brandon is one of our IT Technicans. In this role he works with our clients to  diagnose and repair any issues that arise in their networks, as well as workstation/server maintenance and general service calls. He attended SUNY FMCC and studied Computer Information Systems during his time there. He has prior experience with technical support, networking, and computer repair. Before working at White Wolf Computer, Brandon was the Helpdesk Manager for an Albany based law firm with several offices throughout the United States and Ireland. He is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region and enjoys camping, boating, movies and spending time with his friends and family.
