Managed Services (also known as an MSA) are a service agreement between White Wolf Computer and you, in which we assist in the maintaining of your computers and network. Having periodic maintenance is the best way to proactively resolve issues before they impact your day to day operations and prevent downtime due to preventable issues in your network.
The RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) is a crucial tool in providing maintenance to your network. It is software installed on client servers and computers that retrieves important information about the status of the machine.
System Maintenance is the budgeted amount of time outlined in an MSA for our technicians to remotely maintain your infrastructure. This allows us to keep servers and computers up to date, remove infections, and identify corruption and certain hardware failures before they cause downtime or data loss.
The antivirus solution we recommend is Webroot - an antivirus that is not only effective, but we also manage the devices that have it installed, taking the worry and stress away from your business. Any infections or threats are monitored and our technicians are alerted as soon as there is a problem.
Our MSA clients have the benefit of discounted rates on technician hours. Blocks of hours can be purchased ahead of time at the rate agreed upon and used for any IT work needed - even new machine installs!
While having an active MSA, emergency/rush fees are waived for occurences to your network/infrastructure that cause downtime (server crashes, internet loss, vital computer falure).
